Do you set up my entire store for me?
We help you through the setup process and provide support where needed, but we do not take over your business. You provide your product details, pricing, images, branding, fulfilment rules, and business information.
What setup support can I get?
Setup support can include guidance with store settings, branding, product structure, payment configuration, delivery or collection setup, and onboarding so you understand how to manage your store.
Do I need my own website?
No. ShoppingMaster can give your business its own online store link that you can share on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email, posters, or business cards.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Your storefront can use your business name, logo, colours, contact details, product images, and store branding.
Can customers pay online?
Yes. ShoppingMaster can integrate with a supported payment provider such as Netcash to support secure online payments during checkout.
Can customers choose delivery or collection?
Yes. Your store can support delivery, collection, or both, depending on how your business operates and what you configure.
Can I manage my own products?
Yes. The admin dashboard lets you manage products, images, prices, categories, brands, stock, variants, and specials.
Does ShoppingMaster work on phones?
Yes. The storefront is mobile-friendly, which is useful for customers opening your store from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, SMS, or email links.
Who is responsible for stock, prices, and fulfilment?
Your business is responsible for keeping product information, prices, stock, delivery rules, and order fulfilment accurate. ShoppingMaster gives you the tools to manage these items from the dashboard.
